6 Essentials of Wellness
There’s no denying the great power of nutrition. I believe wholeheartedly in the power of food to both heal and conversely, to harm. Most wellness journeys begin with some sort of dietary shifts and this is a great thing! But health is built through lifestyle, not just diet, and nourishment comes in many forms. In order to look at health holistically and make bigger shifts for your health and life, there are some other key areas that need to be addressed. I believe that health and healing begin on the plate, but don’t end there.
Why do we quit on our goals?
What are your hopes for this brand spanking new 2017? The clean slate of a New Year gives us permission to go all crazy setting new goals and chasing big dreams right? We get all excited and start off with the best of intentions, but back off the plan when we don’t see the results quick enough. The truth is many of us won’t see our resolutions through again this year. We will have setbacks. We will get frustrated. We will quit.
Setbacks are not failure. They are only setbacks. Don’t let them derail you and keep you from your vision.
